Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

General

Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied with our treadmill, please contact customer service within 30 days from the date of purchase for a return/refund or replacement. Shipping, freight, and service charges (if any) are NON-REFUNDABLE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that damaged packaging may incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the product refund. To initiate the return process, please ship the product back to the designated address in its original packaging. Please contact service@ronzeil.com for the exact return address. However, this return policy does not apply to product quality problems or shipping damage.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any returned item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not related to Ronzeil, will not receive a full refund. In the case of approval, Ronzeil will email the shipping address to you, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Defects

We made full inspection on the treadmill, if there are any defects according to technical characteristics mentioned in the actual product, we offer warranty for production. We replace items for free if they are defective or damaged during transportation. We offer 1 year parts replacement service as well. Our return policy in case of warranty incident lasts 30 days.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase. To request a return, please contact with service@ronzeil.com for the issue and all details. The details should contain a detailed explanation of a problem, photos/videos, and order number. In case of reclamation approval, we provide a full refund or change the product (shipping expenses are covered)

Return Process

After receiving the return application, it will be processed within 1-3 working days.

The customer will receive a refund or replacement of the treadmill within 1-3 working days after we receive the parcel.

Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee.

We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available. The delivery address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days after we receive the parcel.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@ronzeil.com.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 30 days refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
