The front part of the product allows for adjusting gears, and the resistance for pets running varies at different heights. The matching height can be adjusted according to the pet's speed.
The default setting is 1 gear when shipped from the factory. Once the pet dog has adapted to the use of the treadmill, training can be adjusted to different gears based on the training results.
Brake Auxiliary Handle
The braking system is primarily designed to decelerate or stop by applying frictional resistance to the bearings. When the pet is entering or exiting the equipment, the pet owner can pull up the brake handle to facilitate a safe entry or exit. I have two dogs: a 3-year-old Golden Retriever named "Cola" and a 2-year-old French Bulldog named "Potato." One is energetic and loves to run, while the other is less active but needs to be kept fit for weight control. Before, walking the dogs required two separate sessions: a 30-minute run with Cola followed by a 20-minute walk with Potato. This took an hour every day, and I was exhausted. Then I got a Ronzeil non-electric treadmill, which allows me to manage the exercise needs of both dogs all by myself – it's so convenient! This treadmill has a strong weight capacity; even with both dogs weighing a combined 120 pounds, it runs very stably. The running belt is wide enough that they don't bump into each other. Cola loves to run, and 15 minutes of running is enough to burn off excess energy. Potato, being less active, is encouraged to walk for 10 minutes with treats, which helps control his weight without tiring him out. The advantage of the non-electric design is that you can "run whenever you want and stop whenever you want." Cola gets tired and automatically gets off to let Potato take over, without me having to adjust the speed or turn it on/off. The treadmill frame is incredibly durable; even when Cola excitedly lunges at the running belt, it remains perfectly still and undamaged. Cleaning is also a breeze; the running belt is made of a non-slip material, and even when Potato drools on it, a quick wipe with a tissue is all it takes. For multi-dog households, this treadmill saves time and effort, ensuring both dogs get adequate exercise—it's truly incredibly practical!

My rescue dog, Luna, is a 18-month-old Pit Bull mix. When she was rescued, she was extremely timid, afraid of strangers, loud noises, and even when taken for a walk, she would walk close to the wall, let alone exercise. The vet suggested positive reinforcement training to build her confidence, but I tried many methods without success. Later, I bought a Ronzeil non-electric treadmill. At first, Luna would hide whenever she saw the treadmill. I didn't force her; I just put her in the living room and placed some of her favorite treats on the running belt each day to let her gradually get used to it. After a week, she dared to approach and sniff it. A few days later, she tried stepping onto the running belt. I encouraged her gently, and she slowly took a couple of steps. The running belt turned gently, without noise or vibration, and she gradually relaxed. Now, Luna looks forward to "treadmill time" every day. She runs to the treadmill and waits. When I raise my hand to signal her, she jumps on, gradually becoming more confident, from a slow walk to a jog. Running has not only improved her health but also made her much more outgoing—now when we go for a walk, she greets other dogs and no longer hides from strangers. This treadmill is designed to be very gentle, with no sudden starts or noise, and the running belt provides excellent cushioning, making Luna feel very safe while running. My Labrador, Lao Mai, is 10 years old this year. Due to hip dysplasia, the vet advised reducing long walks and avoiding climbing stairs, but also not to completely stop exercising, otherwise his muscles would atrophy. I tried many pet rehabilitation devices, but they were either too complicated or outrageously expensive, until a friend recommended the Ronzeil non-electric treadmill. The running belt on this treadmill has excellent elasticity, unlike a hard floor. When Lao Mai walks on it, his joints feel no pressure at all, and the cushioning effect of the belt effectively absorbs the impact. At first, I was worried that he would resist, but to my surprise, he smelled the treats I put on the belt and went on his own. I set the speed very slowly (completely controlled by him, stopping whenever he wanted), letting him walk for 8-10 minutes every day, gradually increasing the speed. After three months, Lao Mai's condition has improved significantly—before, he would pant and lift his legs after walking just a few steps, but now he can walk steadily for 10 minutes, and even occasionally jog a little. During the vet's check-up, he said his muscle mass had increased significantly, and the burden on his hip joints had also decreased. Furthermore, the treadmill's incline is adjustable, which I adjusted based on my dog's physical condition. Cleaning is also easy; a simple wipe with a damp cloth is all it takes to clean the running belt. There are no complicated electronic components, so I don't have to worry about my dog accidentally urinating on it and causing a short circuit. Durable and perfect for large dogs! I have a 90-pound Rottweiler who's athletic and loves to run. I used to worry about him wearing out on a non-motorized treadmill, but this one is incredibly durable—it has a thick metal frame and a durable belt. He's been running on it every night for three months, and it hasn't wobbled or worn out. It took some time to guide him with treats at first, but he's taken to it really well now. Perfect for senior dogs! My 11-year-old Labrador has arthritis and can no longer go for long walks, but he still loves to exercise. As an office worker, my 2-year-old Alaskan Malamute, Thor, used to be my biggest headache.
