Started out good, but the last session the treadmill literally smelled like it was going to catch fire I have a big Labrador who runs like a greyhound, he gets moving! And he is 92 lbs of solid muscle - so he started moving so fast you could feel the heat and the rubber and the burning odor was strong. We got him off the treadmill ASAP it was a little scary. This should have been tested properly. Also, the treadmill seems to be too short - I got the largest one, and it doesn’t quite work my dog is too far forward. Lastly, the bar that attaches the lead/chain is not set far enough backward, so the dog is still too far forward. Overall, the quality isn’t good, and there sees to be a saftey/engineering issue that could cause serious problems and personal injury. save up for the Dog Runner, a hard pass. These are made in China where there is no quality control, they don’t understand the engineering because they don’t make anything - just copy - so they probably didn’t so the proper tolerance testing. after a few sessions, it went from a 100 to 0.

Fast delivery—the product arrived sooner than expected! Assembly was a breeze, taking just about an hour. Purchased this for my business, and so far, it looks promising. Will update with a full review after testing it further. Highly recommend for efficiency and ease of setup!

He loves it. Definitely prefer the slatmill - we started with a mobile treadmill company but then got a dog pacer, but it wasn’t enough for him. I wanted a slatmill originally but wasn’t thrilled on pricing so when we finally found you guys it was nice and affordable

FedEx notified me that it was delivered, even though no one signed for it. They left it out in the rain for six hours. However, everything is fine—I opened and assembled it today. The package was well-protected, and the rain didn’t get through. Ronzeil did a fantastic job with the packaging. I'll put it in my van this week and use it over the next couple of weeks. After that, I'll share my honest review. So far, I'm very happy with it.

Took me a bit over an hour to put it all together. At first, the track part was a bit tricky following the manual, so I reached out to customer support. They told me to do the track first and then the rest, which honestly made things way easier. I’d say it’s a 2 out of 5 for difficulty, but having someone help would’ve been nice. My dog’s already using it! I had to lure him on with toys and treats at the start, but he got the hang of it pretty fast. Now he’s adjusting the speed himself—such a cool feature!
